How to use
Serving: 2 capsules. 210 capsules per jar.
Take: swallow 2 to 3 capsules with water, or open them and mix the powder into a glass of water or another drink.
Drink plenty of water whenever you take activated charcoal.
Face mask: mix the contents of 2 to 3 capsules with honey and raw apple cider vinegar, or with rose water, aloe vera gel and a little pure oil. Apply to skin or hair.
Handle with care: the powder is very fine and messy. Open capsules over a sink.
