How to Order the Highest Quality Superfoods

If your are not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days to return the product for a replacement or a refund.
- It’s easy and safe to place your order online via our secure website.
- It’s easy to save too, discounts are automatically added to your cart at each pricing tier specified on the cart page.
- A credit card, Amazon account, or Paypal account is required. We accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
- Please note: we currently ship within the United States only.
- Javascript and Cookies must be enabled in your browser. If you wish to place an order via phone or email, or purchase wholesale, please Contact Us.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Changing/Canceling Your Order:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please Contact Us IMMEDIATELY. We aim to ship promptly (usually within 24hrs), so unless you contact us right away about a change, most likely the order will ship as is. If your order has already left our fulfillment center, simply wait for it to arrive and then follow the easy return instructions that are enclosed.
Incorrect Address & Reshipment Policy:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Medicinal Foods is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned or requires reshipment due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Out of Stock Items: In most instances it will be a short time until an item will again be back in stock. Please check back or Contact Us to check when it will be back in stock. Most out of stock items are in stock again within 2-4 weeks.
Refund Policy:
To initiate a return and be eligible for a refund, please first send an email to support@medicinal-foods.com stating the reason why you are seeking a refund or replacement, before sending your order back to us. You may return unused portion of your product to our warehouse within 90 days for a refund.
Ship product to:
Expect a refund within 7 days upon receipt of product.
Shipping/Order Confirmation
- Orders received by 2pm EST Sunday through Thursday usually ship next business day.
- You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is placed. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation, contain tracking information.
- If you don’t receive an email confirmation it may be because your email was entered incorrectly or because your mail filter has mistakenly routed the message to your Spam/Junk Mail folder. Please Contact Us right away if do not receive an order confirmation email.
- Orders received Friday and Saturday will usually ship out on Monday.
- If the incorrect address is placed by customer it is the customers responsibility to take it up with the shipping carrier.
